So, I guess a question related to the first post (if I may) is, what model Power File does everyone use? It sounds like a useful piece in the armoring arsenal. Are there many options locally?

I've got a black and decker one like this:

I got used to using one when I was in the car audio game, where filing metal in car doors and parcel trays was a daily job.

You're more than welcome to take it for a test drive Matt. May not be everyone's cuppa tea.

Cheers Barry.

Staying on topic...I often use the "sanding drum" attachment on the dremel to cut back edges that I've overtrimmed on the first pass, but it doesn't necessarily give the best straight edge or tidy curve, so needs a lot of hand-sanding afterwards. I'm getting the impression that a power file will be potentially more useful in that situation, as well as the bigger projects like MDF forms.
