Episode 1 toy release, 1999

Random question... did anyone that happened to go to a midnight Episode 1: The Phantom Menace toy release event happen to have any photos from it? I went to one in Auckland (New Lynn), but didn't have a digital camera until the following year, so it remains undocumented at this point.

Out of curiosity, how many midnight releases were in Aotearoa?

For Ep1? ...Not too sure. I had to travel to the Toyworld in New Lynn (from the North Shore), so a small number in Auckland. Presumably one or two in other big centres, a few around the country, but limited in overall numbers.

I don't remember any... not even for Revenge of the Sith.
For me, the first would've been the morning release for The Clone Wars, back in '08.
