Auckland Costuming and Collecting Meet-up, June

The next Star Wars costuming and collecting meet-up is scheduled for Saturday 21st June, from 1pm-5pm.

We're going with a different venue for this one - the meet-up will be hosted by Rob C (aka Robo), at his Pt Chevalier address, giving us an opportunity to check out his revamped displays housing an impressive collection, including 100s of 12-inch/sixth scale figures (as seen here - http://swnz.dr-maul.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=1303).

As per usual, this will be a great opportunity to catch up and talk Star Wars costuming and collecting, show off any interesting recent collectible acquisitions, and/or to make a bit of progress on whatever costume or prop you might be working on at the moment.

I am not sure that impressive is the right word. Perhaps sad, or misguided. But the good news is that now I have a deadline to have things sorted.

hey guys, jon( oota goota) mentioned abt this meet up, and as i am a super newbie, and just about to start my journey once i can get one of his armour/buckets, i would love to come down to meet the other AKL guys, hopefully i dont have a booking then (sat is the busiest day in the tattoo shop)
