Sideshow has released their lifesize Boba Fett statue - not cheap, but probably not too far off getting the whole costume and display done in parts. Looks pretty cool with that light-up base :)

The next life-size offering from Sideshow Collectibles is Darth Vader - US$7999.00 (also available via 11-month layby plan).

WOW! He looks amazing but what a price TAG, you'd be looking at well over 10K for the Dark Lord. :vader:

Shame they just don't sell the helmet so we could build our own mannequin ;)

Think I'll stick with my Vader for now :D

Sideshow figures have gone up 4 to 5 times since their original price with little improvements. They seem overpriced.

The gallery of the TFA TIE pilot is very cool...totally dig this design now I've seen the full length version of the costume.

Looks very very cool.

I have 13 of the Sideshow troopers, clones and boba at the 6th scale. I keep looking at the new Hot Toys troopers for Episode 7, and I'd like to get them, but the cost is too high, the exchange rate is atrocious, plus there's always shipping.

I contacted Sideshow to see if they are going to release their own 6th scale figures still from Ep7, but they couldn't/wouldn't tell me.
I've made the decision I'm just going to have to miss out on 6th scale troopers from the new movies.

Afterwards I got quite depressed about it, actually, which rather surprised me. Being a stay-at-home dad (sorry, domestic engineer) for my 2 yr old boy means no income, and therefore few toys and collectibles. Bummer :P

Cheers again to Matt for hooking me up with a retail price Black Series FO Trooper!
