I had a good chat to the staff member at the DeAgostini booth at Celebration today. He confirmed/reiterated that it would be released in New Zealand, "soon". Got some good photographs of a completed version of this, showing the interior.

Yay its coming here!. Thanks Matt for the info & pics, much appreciated. This is a wonderful opportunity for folks to build & own a Studio Scale ESB Falcon. I want one very much to sit alongside my 5 Footer, now I can without actually building it from scratch!.

Hey Matt, look out for the EFX stand. They have their Y-Wing on display for release soon I believe.

Have fun guys, looks a hoot & oh my that trailer stirred up feelings of boyhood excitement!.

God that is pretty and i am a sucker for correct scale.
It however is way above my price i'd have to stop buying hasbro (which they seem to be encouraging me to do anyway lol)
I am glad there are some really great releases i hope they consider switching the pieces for the newer model (as an option) and include a couple more ships. (Tie-defender top of my list!)

I did indeed check out the models at the eFX stand. The Y-wing looks very nice (not that I'm an accuracy expert for that vehicle). I've put some pictures up here if you happen to be interested: http://swnz.dr-maul.com/moretext.php?fo ... m2015/day3

An official response on the DeAg forums suggests that the release in Australia (and presumably NZ) might be delayed as late as early 2016 :(

Yeesh... I'm almost tempted to start sourcing pieces from people who've given up collecting each issue.

But, hey, I've waited this long for a studio scale Falcon, so I'm sure I can wait a wee bit longer, right?

They are now doing a mini helmet magazine in the UK. Issue 1 is Vader. My parents are sending this issue to me.

It is likely
Issue 1 is just $4.99 incl GST. Each issue from issue 2 onwards is priced at $14.99 incl GST

Look at this
https://www.mycollectables.co.nz/curren ... -the-seas/
This is Complete in 135 issues
Peace is a lie, there is only passion.
Through passion, I gain strength.
Through strength, I gain power.
Through power, I gain victory.
Through victory, my chains are broken.
The Force shall free me.
