This guy is simply stunning - Gold Point Props on YouTube. He's done quite a few Star Wars helmets, but this is the most complex yet:

very heavy metal blax thanks for posting! I really enjoyed watching this. I especially liked how he used a ton of tack welds to stick the parts together rather than a continuous weld. Must be a heat thing I guess. Anyway the guy's got serious skills very accurate!
