Another E-11 off to a new home

Post by PitYak Studios »

Sold this one yesterday, and I'm particularly proud it was bought by an ex british army serviceman who didn't know what it was but recognised it as being based on the sterling, and even more proud that he bought as a passing out gift for his son in the Royal Marines

That's a very nice one there Phil.
Mine is now mounted up on the wall in my work shop above my peg board display.
I'll have to find a spot for the saber as well at some point.
I also have some more Brass for you, the brass curtain tracks etc etc.
Have you sold your Wookie Blaster?
Doomsday and Armageddon got together and had a baby and man is it ugly.

No I haven't sold the bowcaster. It's too big and bulky to take to many shows so I've not had much of a chance to show it off. I had hoped it would sell soon since it had such a starring role in ep7

What a gorgeous piece! This is going to become a family heirloom. I particularly love the way you incorporate real world, recognisable items into the blaster - it grounds it in reality, just like Lucas did with the real weapons being used as blasters.

I like to think the realism is what sets my stuff apart from those who do similar genre stuff. That and the fact it's brass, not spray painted plastic junk. "As real as you can get without being real" is my tagline.
