a lot of shaking in New Plymouth hope everyone in the south is ok
Longest shake I've experienced in my life, but no damage at home in Wanganui. But just heard there is possible damage to the water tower that supplies much of the eastern part of town. Best wishes to all down south.
Time to move my props to a safer location.....just incase.
We're about 40 mins south of Christchurch and she rolled a lot here. Wasn't a sharp quake like past ones but dam it went on for ages.
Missus and I were on verge of grabbing kids out of bed as where expecting the quake to slam us.

Blue tack and double sided tape should be your friend to help secure items at a height.

Some rocking and rolling here in Wellington, but fortunately at our home we escaped unscathed with nothing broken or damaged. I feel for those closer to the epicenter who have had their lives changed and lost homes.
