I'm looking for Savage Oppress - shirtless and armoured. Are they available in NZ yet?

I saw one shirtless in St Lukes Kmart over the weekend

I got the shirtless version so it's confirmed they are around and it was on the new card back, my mrs go it for me from warehouse in Hawera.
