Made the Trigger Guard tonight. 12mm x 1.6mm aluminium flat I had in the garage. I might make one from thicker material at some stage so as to be more authentic. Just needs to be painted and that is one item finished.

- After bending the guard to shape using pliers and my fingers. Material was thin enough to do this.

Thanks Oota. Well, I got a length of 12mm x 3 mm flat today, so will make a proper guard at some stage.

I got some 3mm flat the other day and cut to size and shaped using a round wood rasp a flat file and some sandpaper, and the difference is easy to see. Looks a lot better. Hope you can see it in the photos.
