The second Funko I grabbed is the original version of Darth Maul.
I really love his head sculpt, his horns look fantastic. The black really makes his red accents stand out. His cartoony eyes don't even look out of place.....it emphasises his crazy personality lol.

Re: Funko Pops
As soon as I saw that Funko were releasing a Red Chrome Mandalorian I had to get him......mainly so I can use him along side my Green Chrome Boba Fett pop as Christmas decorations lol.
The red actually looks pretty cool and I like how the light hits details that don't show up that well on their more conventional pops.
I really like how they added black into his helmet (visor, ears) because it would have really make the green Boba look a lot better.

Re: Funko Pops
I picked up another Knight of Ren off Mighty Ape and I couldn't be happier with him.
As with the other KoR I honestly can't tell you where he pops up in the film but as a great looking pop he's awesome. I'm not sure if I'll collect the rest because I think this version is the best, especially in 'dirty' chrome.
It might just be me over thinking things but it looks like there's a reverse K and an R in his axe head......or its just an ornate axe head hahahaha.

Re: Funko Pops
I got my first Funko of 2021 today and it's one I've needed for a while.
The Jawa pop is pretty basic but one I definitely needed for my collection. The insert card is plain which looks odd seeing every newer figure has a design of some kind (not always making sense though lol)
I've seen the red eye (off world) version quite a few times but wanted to hold out for a yellow one. I like this sculpt a lot more than the original vaulted figure.

Re: Funko Pops
My bright pink Yoda arrived today....I'm a bit of a sucker when it's come to the little green Jedi so I had to add him to the collection.
I was a bit 50/50 on how he would look but I'm so happy with him. The bright pink looks awesome in the sunlight and I really like his quote on the stand. The backing card is also quite unique and really adds to the figure.

Re: Funko Pops
Looking through The Warehouses Star Wars section and I came across a five pack of Pop Protectors for $8. I couldn't pass them up without checking them out, they're a fraction bit bigger than the ones from Mighty Ape but not enough to stress over.
Overall they're well made and sturdy also the plastic is real clear.....Ill absolutely be buying more in the future.

I added Wrecker to the collection today and hes awesome. I really like his helmet and shoulder logo.
I've not watched the episodes of The Clone Wars that he appears in but he's just to great of a figure to pass up.

Re: Funko Pops
I was looking through Toycos Funkos lastnight and came across M5-R3 on sale so I had to grab him.
I've been looking at this little droid for a while now so am real happy to finally have him.
The red and black colours look great and the box looks awesome with Galaxy Edges Trading Outpost logo and graphics.

Hi AaroKin
Always great to read your reviews on the Funko figures you buy. You must have an awesome collection by now.
Are you an 'In the Box' or 'Out of the box' displayer? I've purchased a few from TradeMe out of their boxes which is fine by me. I'm displaying out of the box, but keep any boxes I have tucked away so that my future grandchildren can make so money!
Thanks and keep posting

Cheers for that mate.
It all started for me when I purchased a Jyn Erso pop from Farmers (I said it'd be my only one lol) and now my collection has just reached 123 different Star Wars figures.
I do take my pops out of the box but generally put them back in because I find it easier to stack them that way....I'm to lazy to display them properly hahaha.
Im real glad you enjoy the Funko posts
