Here are some pics of the T Track assembly. I used timber dowel to fill in some of the holes where the track starts and ends. I used Ullrich Aluminium Sliding Door Track section UA 1341 and it looks good.

Thanks Matt. The Blaster is almost finished but have concentrated on other projects as well so this got put on the back burner so to speak. :D

I next made the Barrel Inner Tube from some aluminium tube and timber shaped on Blaxmyths lathe and turned to fit the Outer Sleeve.

Yes I even made a large spring for the Bolt and now I need to make a smaller diameter one for the inside. Looks good though. Cut the heads off a couple of cap screws and glued them to the Muzzle. :)

Crikey, that's beautiful work! What's the size of the cylinders? They look more detailed than the originals!
