Some cool names in the voice talent list. Cool that they got Oscar and Gwendoline for Poe and Phasma. Looking forward to hearing more details.

I love those screen caps! Thanks, Matt!

It looks to me like the show may skew a little younger than Rebels, which seems to confirm a rumour that was floating around, too. Looks very pretty, though, with some great ship designs.

Based on what I have heard from industry sources, the toy line is extremely light, so I don't expect much in stores from Resistance this Christmas.

Interesting. I hadn't even gotten around to thinking about that aspect of it yet.

Info buried in the StarWars.com website meta-data suggests the show is set only 6 months before TFA. That might imply a shorter run for this series.

This'd be great! And relatively straight-forward to put together too, I assume?

While I'm still sceptical about the look of the animation style on the characters, the vehicles and droids look phenomenal. I don't think I've ever been more disappointed that Star Wars Micro Machines are no longer in production...

Such a big gap in the market, and opportunity that someone could pick up with Hasbro out. I know it's not the same scale, but if Eaglemoss ever did an SW partworks that covered the breadth of ships in their Star Trek series, I'd be all over it.

Agreed, those are absolutely gorgeous. I just have a real hankering to be collecting ships in a miniature scale like Micro Machines, Titanium Series, and Action Fleet again. Every few weeks I *almost* talk myself into delving into the Hot Wheels line to fill certain gaps in my collection (especially from The Last Jedi and Solo) - but a closer look at the sculpts always puts me off :/
