The sticker price on the Force Link set kyloren got is $54.99, which converts to US$39.80....but this WIRED piece says it's US$25. I had no idea our prices were THAT inflated.

Nope - have checked a couple of stores, and those ones haven't been among the items out.

I found Paige at Farmers today but no sign of any of the others.

Paige turned up at all of the retailers down here in New Plymouth, too. Frankly, however, I'm still really confused about the case assortments. The Warehouse didn't have any stock out at opening, so I had the privilege of helping the staff open the cases. They only had one of the 3 3/4" figure assortment, and it contained a single Luke (who came home with me) along with a couple of Paiges and a smattering of each other character. I hit up Farmers next, and they had six Lukes and only two Paiges. The ratios were all off.

In hindsight, Farmers might have opened a bunch of cases and pulled the Lukes from each one, leaving the other figures to put out later - but that seems a sure-fire recipe for a glut of pegwarmers at a later date.
