I kinda hope they do. I bought 10 tickets, 5 of which are with glasses, and have a group of 13 friends going. I'd like a pair of phasma and trooper

Queen St opened at least two more theatres, or they in a weird order. Anyway, nearly centreback seats in a smaller cinema there with a friend, bribed with icecream and ticket because looking at the sheer numbers of theatres being booked it's going to be a bit insane at Aotea Square and I missed out on Celebration Anaheim, I don't want to miss this one

I see in the states they are banning Star Wars masks and weaponry at cinemas. Any news on whether this will be the case here? Wouldn't mind taking an FX Saber with me to the midnight screening in Hamilton. Never taken any of them before so thought I would get into the spirit of things.

Your best bet will be to simply contact whatever cinema you're going to.Michael_Lee wrote:I see in the states they are banning Star Wars masks and weaponry at cinemas. The way I see it, being dressed up is fine, but you're going to tale off masks and helmets anyway to watch the movie.
As for lightsabres, I'm thinking of taking mine and borrowing a friend's Jedi outfit. Just don't fire the damn thing up during the movie - that's rude and annoying

Right, I have just phoned the Embassy theater and they are definately costume friendly for the evening, So I'll be wearing my AT AT costume for the night I think, it will be more comfortable to drive in and sit down in for the movie, YAY.
Doomsday and Armageddon got together and had a baby and man is it ugly.
