I can't believe how imminent this feels now. So cool. :D I have managed to avoid almost everything since the most recent theatrical trailer hit. Only two more weeks of dodging news to remain spoiler free. :D

I'm curious as to whether a whole bunch of new merchandise will be unveiled as soon as the film is out or whether we'll have to wait until next year to see more. It really depends on what the licensees have been allowed to see in advance of the film coming out, I suppose.

I seem to remember reading something from someone, somewhere (way to be specific! I think it was Hasbro?) that all the toys released so far are from the first third of the film. So we may have A LOT more to see and buy!

Two weeks tomorrow!!! :rotfl:

I read that too, but I think if new toys were going to hit shelves day and date with the film we'd have seen them leak by now. I am not counting on that, but we might get some fresh reveals with the promise that they'll be coming in 2016. Hope I'm wrong! I'm primed for new toys.

Two weeks tomorrow, basically.
It's so surreal to think that in a fortnight, we all would have seen a brand new Star Wars film...

In the meantime, the Welly CBD has been plastered with posters!

Wicked!

Unfortunately I won't be seeing it til Saturday for various reasons, so I'm not going onto Facebook, Twitter or any SW-related sites between Wednesday bedtime and Saturday night.

Anyone else having to wait until after release day?

Wow, the posters really bring it home, don't they? Very, very exciting! The days between now and then are going to fly by.

It will be a midnight, opening night screening for me (will pay for that in productivity on Thursday, I have no doubt), then a second screening on Sunday afternoon with my wife and the kids, assuming nothing in the film gives me reason to think it might be too much for them.
