I don't think Charlie needs any introduction, but for those who aren't familiar with the name, he's the guy who brought the Wars to the masses and helped make it into the marketing juggernaut it became.
Sadly, Charlie has been diagnosed with Alzheimer's, so he's putting his memories, notes and photos online for longevity.

That's sad to hear. Without Charles, George wouldn't have got half of the merchandising deals that he ended up with - Kenner being Charlies biggest catch. At that time in the mid to late 70s, toy companies were notoriously wary of film related toys so to snare Kenner was a great coup!
