It's been assumed for a while, but the local Disney office has confirmed that New Zealand will get a Thursday 15 December release of Rogue One, ahead of the US.

ever since clarice starling,ellen ripley and sarah connor made cinematic history,ive been a fan of female heroines.
the lead in this film in tie fighter pilot armor just kicks everything into another higher level.

this looks epic.
i have high hopes for this flick,and i reckon they'll be met,and exceeded.
the folks making this film care about the history of it all,and the fanbase. every time they release more info on this film,it just gets better and better.

The U-Wing, as officially revealed on the latest episode of The Star Wars Show. This one also featured in some of the leaks recently, though I believe this is the first confirmation of its flight configuration. It turns out that we actually got our first look at it in 2015 (kudos to those fans who already spotted it) and sharp eyes should be able to spot it in this year's R1 trailers as well.
