Not really news, but seeing reports of new TFA promotional material making it's way out there is cool! Fingers crossed we get something new (info/pics etc) from SDCC which is coming up soon (July 8-12th). If not at SDCC, then the next best opportunity for press releases is Disney's D23 convention (August 14-16th).

StarWars.com has launched the TFA section of their website, nothing really new - trailers, gallery and desktop downloads - but with only one week to go until SDCC we might see new content soon...

Finally grabbed a copy of the June issue of Vanity Fair at the local supermarket. I'd seen the air freight imported versions at branches of Whitcoulls, but they'd been seriously thumbed through. It looks like the usual distribution channels have finally caught up. If anyone doesn't have it yet, they should be easy/easier to find now, and are priced at $15.99. This is the UK version, which has differences from the US version, but the Star Wars coverage is identical.

Also from the panel, but not shown in the behind-the-scenes footage was another character reveal. Domhnall Gleeson plays...

I know it's a photo (from an iPhone, no less) of an image bring projected, so I shouldn't be too critical, but this makes Gleeson look like some kid dressed in his grandfather's suit (that's three sizes too big) for a fan film.

On a more positive note: the guy was hysterical and a lot of fun during that panel!

He does sometimes appear quite young for the rank he's purported to play...I'm sure they'll factor that in appropriately.
