Hey Sly where did you get the rustoleum painters touch? I've been looking for the dark grey. Looking forward to seeing your progress on the bucket! Also your armour is ready :)

Hey Oota, have you tried Bunnings? That's where I've been getting mine

hey man yeah I have tried there but they don't have that particular brand only 2X and another one I can't remember the name :)

Hey Jon,

I got it from my local mitre 10, figured it was worth a shot to use as it was Rustoleum and have seen a lot of people use ot on their builds.

Oh oh oh exciting!! Can't wait for BIg brown box day lol.

Laid down another coat on the helmet this evening. Starting to look the piece now. Will give it a light wet sand tomorrow and see if I'm happy for a final coat or not.

i took the photos whilst it was wet still so it's not quite that glossy still, though I'd like it to be.

Afternoon all, found some time to do some work on v2 of my ARF helmet. The main part of the helmet is completed and now I need to do the visor and then onto the resin.

Visor done. Need to sort one or two symmetry issues and then start strengthening the visor and interior of helmet plus make the greebles.

And today is resin coating day! Fingers crossed it doesn't warp.
