it was a *censored*, 95 holes if i remember right, 190 including pilots

ouch! I kind of cheated when I made one; I got an engineering firm to do it.

Many injuries on that one pityak?

No, unusually I managed that whole thing without an injury. It was hard work though, I haven't really got the kit to support something like that so was having to basically hold it by hand while drilling. My arms were wrecked when it was finished. worth it though:

It ended up being bought by the bloke who owns the bike shop across the road from me, who is a WWII german nut. It now takes pride of place in his show room.
