Once you’ve selected a design, you can get it printed on an array of shirt styles (3x male t-shirt variants, 7x female t-shirt variants, hoodies, tank tops etc) made of fabric of your colour choice. Occasionally they have time-limited site-wide sales – there is one currently on at the time of writing. Shipping is about $7 per t-shirt for international orders, but that drops per shirt when purchasing multiple items.
