Star Wars Apparel Options for NZ Fans

Many of us want to express our love for Star Wars with what we wear, whether it’s your favourite character on a t-shirt, or a subtle tie at the office. Unfortunately, finding Star Wars t-shirts and apparel in local stores here in New Zealand can be a rare occurrence, and often the finds are in the children’s clothing sections only. It is a lot easier these days to seek what you want on-line, with several major companies now shipping to New Zealand. There’s variety to cover a huge array of favourite characters, and many companies are branching out from standard t-shirts to offer other apparel options like button-down shirts, dresses, leggings and socks. We Love Fine carry a large range of mens and womens t-shirts, and recently have expanded their range to include button-down tops, tunic tops and shorts for women. SuperHeroStuff currently stock a huge 622 Star Wars items. Their inventory carries many t-shirts for men and women, as well as a range of items such as caps, leggings, hoodies, boxer shorts, belts, board shorts, and many more. It is definitely a must visit for any fan looking to add some Star Wars to their wardrobe. Approximate postage to NZ for 3 t-shirts = US$15.22.

Think Geek. Stockists of many Star Wars items, they carry a range of t-shirts for both men and women, as well as a variety of apparel such as socks, belts, ties, earrings and bags. They are also stockists of selected Her Universe clothing items for women, letting fans in New Zealand order those items without need for a US mail forwarding service. They also have frequent sales, so sign up for email alerts if you shop there often.

Black Milk Clothing. This Australian company gained a lot of attention for their Artoo swimsuit, and later launched a full Star Wars collection. While this has recently been discontinued, they continue to stock basketball style tops that can be worn by both men and women, with 6 team styles to choose from, such as Imperial Troopers or Mos Eisley Villians. They offer free standard (airmail) shipping to New Zealand and their prices are in Australian dollars.
